Not impressed with this App...2 thumbs down!!!

I am very pleased with this. I use it daily to help with transcription duties.

Completely frozen now. I fully exit the app and reopen and its like opening a picture. I cannot interact with the app at all. Extremely frustrated! If you arent going to respond to user comments or update the app I just want my money back!! The companys web site doesnt even work!
